Need support? Its easy:

1. Purchase Support Time. We use PAYPAL for credit card transactions for fast and secured payment processing. Support time is broken down into 1 hour increments. Most problems are fixed within an hour although some take longer. Your technician will notify you if more time is needed to fix a problem. We have a minimum of one hour per support connection

2. Once time have been purchased you will be automatically redirected to a support request page where you can schedule a support session.

4. That's it! Sit back and relax while our techs fix technology problems.
